We are bombarded by headlines, medical providers, friends, and family telling us which foods are good, which foods are bad, and giving us rules about eating.  

We are told we cannot trust our own bodies to know how to eat, and that we must follow a "plan" or instructions from a book or expert in order to find health.


Add on a chronic health condition like diabetes and the pressure to cut out foods or follow a "plan" becomes even stronger.

About Me

I'm a Registered Dietitian, nutrition therapist, and diabetes specialist. I help people make peace with food and their bodies, and I have an extra special place in my heart for people living with diabetes.
